What do you think about your body? How do you feel about your body? How generous and kind are you towards your body? God came into a human body as Jesus and has a lot to say about our relationship to our bodies. We will look into scriptures about the body, our relationship with physicality and praising God with our whole selves, moving about and listening to God as we do so (but not exercising or dancing unless you choose to!). This is a deeply contemplative practice but not specifically an inner healing or therapy-based work.
