Administrator

There is an opportunity here at The Greenhouse Christian Centre for a dedicated and adaptable team member. The post would suit someone with a passion for God and for seeing others have a deeper relationship with Jesus. He / She should be willing to serve and lead, valuing both guests and team. Excellent administration and interpersonal skills are essential and the role is diverse so flexibility is needed! Experience of administration in a hospitality setting would be an advantage.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, £25,000 p.a.

This role involves co-ordinating the administrative functions of The Greenhouse Christian Centre to include:

  • the welcome and departure of our guests
  • oversight of our reception team
  • acting as duty manager
  • managing group and individual bookings
  • communication between teams

It will involve on occasions leading short times of prayer with guests and team and therefore there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post-holder to be a Christian. Serving guests at mealtimes and some weekend working will be required. Closing date for applications is Sunday 18th September 2022.
