We realise that sometimes circumstances change. Unfortunately, we are obliged to apply a charge if you cancel your booking. Deposits are always non-refundable. We are not able to provide travel insurance, however you are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover your costs in case you need to cancel.

Cancellation charges for individuals

Less than 2 weeks in advance	100% of the total cost

Cancellation charges for groups

More than 6 months in advance	Lose deposit only
12 weeks to 6 months in advance	50% of the total cost
2-12 weeks in advance	75% of the total cost
Less than 2 weeks in advance	100% of the total cost

If The Greenhouse Christian Centre is unable to fulfil your booking for any reason and has to cancel, you will be entitled to a refund or to carry over payments to future dates, whichever is your preference.

Payment and acceptance of a deposit constitutes a legally binding contract. If final payment has not been made at the time of cancellation, the customer will be liable for any outstanding cancellation charges.
