We realise that sometimes circumstances change. Unfortunately, we are obliged to apply a charge if you cancel your booking. Deposits are per room and are always non-refundable. We are not able to provide travel insurance, however you are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover your costs in case you need to cancel. Please ensure you read our full Terms and Conditions in the document below.
Cancellation charges for individuals

Cancelling a day retreat including Reflective Days
Day retreats and Reflective Days are non-refundable.
If The Greenhouse Christian Centre is unable to fulfil your booking for any reason and has to cancel, you will be entitled to a refund or to carry over payments to future dates, whichever is your preference.
Payment and acceptance of a deposit constitutes a legally binding contract. If final payment has not been made at the time of cancellation, the customer will be liable for any outstanding cancellation charges.
Changing your booking
There is an administration charge of £20 for any changes you may make to your booking.
