We are delighted to be open and welcoming guests through our doors.
Our overriding focus is on ensuring that all guests show consideration for each other and understanding that many will still feel concern. Although face coverings in public areas are not mandatory, we are asking that all guests show respect for those who wish to. There are sanitiser stations at entrances and throughout the building. You can rest assured that your safety is our highest priority.
As part of our terms and conditions we ask that guests agree to:
- To have had a negative lateral flow test before arrival if they have symptoms
- Abide by all current Coronavirus-related measures put in place by The Greenhouse to protect staff and guests
- Abide by isolation measures should you develop symptoms during your stay at The Greenhouse
We trust that these measures reassure you ahead of your stay with us. If you have any questions you are very welcome to contact us.
We recommend that all guests purchase holiday insurance to cover against cancellation costs due to Covid-19 and other risks. Whilst we have sought to be as flexible as possible over the last few years it is not sustainable for us to keep refunding or carrying over payments. Unless stipulated otherwise in our terms and conditions at time of booking, we are unable to give refunds or carry over payments for cancellations due to Covid-19.
We look forward to welcoming you to our ‘home from home’!
