We realise that sometimes circumstances change. Unfortunately, we are obliged to apply a charge if you cancel your booking. Deposits are always non-refundable. Unless stipulated otherwise in our terms and conditions at time of booking, we are unable to give refunds or carry over payments for cancellations due to Covid-19. We are not able to provide travel insurance, however you are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover your costs in case of cancellation due to Covid-19 and other risks.
Cancellation charges for individuals

If The Greenhouse Christian Centre is unable to fulfil your booking for any reason and has to cancel, you will be entitled to a refund or to carry over payments to future dates, whichever is your preference.
Payment and acceptance of a deposit constitutes a legally binding contract. If final payment has not been made at the time of cancellation, the customer will be liable for any outstanding cancellation charges.
Changing your booking
At the discretion of management, you may change your booking for a charge of £15.
