Arrival and departure times
Arrival is from 4pm. If you do arrive early, you are welcome to park your car in our main car park and go for a walk to the beach, or explore the nearby town of Westbourne.
We do ask that you let us know in advance if you do not expect to arrive before 6pm (which is when dinner is served). This will enable us to make arrangements for someone to be available to welcome you and to enable us to discuss your meal arrangements. Please note that if you would like us to keep a meal back for you, we can only do this for one hour.
Check-out is at 10am on the day of departure, which is when we ask you to vacate your rooms and return your key. However, you are welcome to continue to enjoy the facilities and lunch is included for our full-board guests. In order to allow us to prepare the public areas for the next group of arrivals, we would ask that you vacate the centre by 2pm.
Parking
The parking area in front of the main entrance is primarily a drop-off area with some availability for disabled parking. Please do use this to check-in and unload, but then we would ask that you move your car to the main car park which can be accessed using the second driveway. Please be aware that parking on the street is subject to restrictions and our car park has a limited number of spaces.
During your stay
We will always endeavour to make you aware at time of booking regarding any events taking place in the house which may impact on your stay. However, events may be scheduled after you have booked, including group bookings. We therefore encourage all guests to call or email in advance if they would like to be updated on events taking place in the house during their stay.
Food & Drink
We offer bed & breakfast, full-board, half-board and room-only stays. Please note however that only food supplied by The Greenhouse Christian Centre may be consumed on the premises. Our premises have to comply with food hygiene regulations, therefore no food is permitted to be brought onto the premises as this can put our regulatory compliance at risk. Please contact us to ask for further information.
Towels
Towels are provided in all bedrooms; however, we request you use your own towels for the swimming pool and beach.
Pets
No pets are allowed on the premises except assistance dogs. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a dog with you as we will need to allocate appropriate rooms.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the house or grounds. There is a designated smoking area to the rear of the car park. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to this policy. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in guests being asked to leave and a charge for cleaning being applied.
